How does Insta Quotes work?
Describe a job by text, voice note, photo or PDF brief, and the AI reads it and returns a full line-item quote in about 30 seconds, pricing labour, materials and GST at Australian (10%) or New Zealand (15%) rates. You review and edit any line before sending. The finished quote can be exported as a branded PDF or Word file, or sent as a private link the client opens without creating an account. Insta Quotes tracks when the client opens the quote, lets them accept and pay a deposit via Stripe, and automatically generates an invoice from the accepted quote.

Yes. Insta Quotes serves New Zealand tradies through its dedicated site, instaquotes.co.nz, which handles NZ GST at 15% and prices quotes in NZD automatically based on the site a client is quoting from. Subscription billing for the tradie's own plan stays in Australian dollars regardless of country, but every quote and invoice sent to a New Zealand client uses NZD and the correct 15% GST rate. The product, trades covered and features are the same as the Australian site — only the client-facing currency and tax rate change.
