Who answers your message

Insta Quotes is run by its founder, Peter Mastras. Messages sent through this page and to info@instaquotes.com.au go to him, and he looks after support, sales and billing questions.

We answer Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm AEST. A message sent outside those hours is picked up at the start of the next business day, and we aim to reply within one business day. You can also ring +61 2 5501 3722 during business hours.

The form on this page asks you to pick a topic: general enquiry, demo request, pricing question, technical support, billing or partnership. Choosing the right one helps us read your message with the right context, but it is optional, and a message with no topic is read just the same. Whichever way you get in touch, the details below are the same, so use whatever suits you: the form, the email address or the phone number.

Support requests

A support request is fastest to fix when it arrives with the details we would otherwise have to ask for. Please include:

• The email address on your Insta Quotes account, so we can find it.
• The quote number or the link to the quote you are asking about.
• What you expected to happen, and what actually happened instead.
• The device and browser you were using, if the problem looks like a display or upload issue.

Sales and demo questions

Insta Quotes turns a job description or a photo into an itemised quote for Australian and New Zealand tradies and contractors, and you are welcome to ask how it would handle your kind of work.

Billing questions

Your Insta Quotes subscription is billed in Australian dollars. The plans and what each one includes are on the pricing page. For a question about a charge, tell us the email on the account and the approximate date of the payment, and we will check it.

Privacy requests

To ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, or to make a privacy complaint, follow the steps in our privacy policy, which names the contact for those requests and the time we take to respond.
